Who makes it
Nirnoy Rx is made by Global (BD) IT Solution, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are not large, and that is the point: the person who answers your ticket is the person who wrote the software.
How quickly
Usually within one working day, and sooner when a chamber is stopped — say so in the subject and it goes to the front.
