Terms of use

What you and we are both agreeing to when you buy or use Nirnoy Rx.

Nirnoy Rx is made and sold by Global (BD) IT Solution, Dhaka, Bangladesh. On this page “we” means them, and “you” means whoever bought or is using the software.

What you are buying

You are buying a perpetual licence to use the software, not renting it. You may run it on as many computers as your package names, and the version you bought keeps working for good. New versions arrive for one to three years depending on the package; when that ends the software does not stop, only the new versions do.

Who may buy it

Nirnoy Rx is for doctors registered to practise in Bangladesh. In buying it you confirm that you are registered with the BMDC, that your registration is current, and that the number you gave is your own. If that turns out to be untrue we may suspend the licence without refund, and where it matters we may tell the authorities.

The number you give is the number that prints on every prescription.

It gives no clinical advice

Nirnoy Rx is an instrument for writing, not a clinician. It does not recommend a medicine, decide a dose, diagnose anything, or order a test. What the AI does is lift numbers out of a lab report, put advice into plain Bangla, and shorten a long history — which medicine and what dose is always and entirely the doctor’s decision.

What is yours to do

  • Patient records live on your computer, so keeping it safe and backed up is yours to do.
  • If you lose the recovery passphrase, a backup can never be opened — we do not have a copy.
  • The licence is yours; passing it on or spreading it across more machines than it covers is outside these terms.
  • You will use it within Bangladeshi law and the BMDC’s rules.
  • If you learn that a licence is being used by somebody unregistered, tell us at [email protected].

What is ours, and what is not

The software will do what this website says it does — and where it does not, we will either fix it or refund you. But Nirnoy Rx is an instrument for writing, not a clinical decision: which medicine, which dose, which test, is entirely your judgement and entirely your responsibility. The drug register is compiled from the DGDA’s published data and checked with care, but reading what is on the sheet before signing it is the doctor’s job.

In no case will what we owe you exceed what you paid us.

When we may stop

If we see a licence in use on far more computers than it covers, we may stop supplying that licence with drug register updates and relay service — after telling you. We do not switch off the software you installed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Dhaka. An email is a great deal cheaper than that, though — [email protected].
