Use it free for thirty days first. If it still turns out wrong, fourteen days to get your money back.
The trial comes first
Nirnoy Rx runs free for thirty days — every feature, no card, nothing to cancel. So you can find out whether it suits your chamber before any money moves. That is the best test there is, and we would rather you bought after it.
When we refund
- Within fourteen days of buying, on request, whatever the reason — in full.
- If it does not do what we said it does and we cannot fix it — whenever that turns out to be.
- If you were charged twice, immediately.
When we do not
- AI credits already spent are not refundable; whatever is left over is.
- After fourteen days, unless the problem is on the software’s side.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with your order number, or open a ticket. We will ask why — only that, and only so the next one is better. The money goes back the way it came, usually within five to seven working days.
A refunded licence stops working, but your patient records remain yours — the backup file is on your own computer.
