With your own API key you pay us nothing. Without one, buy credits and use what you use.

Your own API key

Open an account with Anthropic and paste the key into the software. Whatever it costs you pay them, and we take no part of it. The key is encrypted on your own machine.

About the money

Does it stop working when the updates run out?

No. The version you have keeps working for good — the licence is verified on your own machine and needs no permission from us. What stops is new versions arriving. You can start updates again later for a small amount if you want to.

Do new medicines come with the updates?

The drug register arrives separately from software updates, so newly registered DGDA medicines keep reaching you even after the update period ends. That is deliberate: nobody should be prescribing from a stale register.

Can I run it on a second computer?

As many as the package says — one on Solo, two on Chamber, four on Clinic. If you replace a computer you move the licence across, and that costs nothing.

Is there a charge for the assistant’s phone?

No. On Chamber and Clinic you can pair as many phones as you like, set what each may do, and revoke any of them whenever you want.

Do the AI features cost extra?

Two ways. If you have your own API key, put it in and you pay us nothing — you pay the provider directly. If you do not, buy credits from us. Every AI button shows what it is likely to cost before you press it.

Is there a refund?

You can use the whole thing free for thirty days before buying, so there should be no surprises afterwards. Even so, if within fourteen days of buying you decide it is not for you, write to us and we refund it.
