Pad Suggestions and Sending
Medicine suggestions now carry the dose, advice comes as 43 condition sets that go on in one press, every line has a cross to drop it, the test list grows from 137 to 344, and a prescription can be sent to the patient over WhatsApp or text, with the reports screen showing date ranges beside totals since your first day.
Prescribing
- Medicine suggestions now show the dose beside the name — "1+0+1 · After food · 5 days" — and picking one fills the line with it, using the pattern you usually write for that medicine.
- Complaint, findings, diagnosis and advice suggest lines you have written before, Next visit has buttons from 7 days to 3 months, and BP adds its own slash.
- The investigations field now opens with tick boxes for the tests you order most, and the tests print one after another instead of a line each.
- New History and Vaccinations boxes carry forward from the last visit, you can save named groups of lines and add them in one press, and advice is sorted by the case.
- Advice now comes as sets per condition — diabetes, blood pressure, fever, pregnancy and fourteen more — showing only what matches the diagnosis and adding all its lines in one press.
- Pressing an advice set now puts all of its lines on the pad, there are 43 sets with their own search instead of 18, and printed tests are numbered with a count.
- Typing "1208072" straight through now fills blood pressure and pulse and moves the cursor on, the slash sits between the two boxes from the start, and each unit shows on its label.
- The test list goes from 137 to 344 — autoantibodies, flow cytometry, MRCP, ERCP, NCS, EEG, audiometry and more, and typing "ncv" finds the nerve conduction study.
- A Send button on the pad and on every prescription row opens WhatsApp with the message already written to the patient's number, offers your own text app, or copies the link — it opens the same page as the square printed on the paper.
- Every line — complaints, findings, diagnosis, advice, tests, medicines — now has a cross beside it, on the pad and on the preview of the sheet, and one press drops it.
- New drug history and treatment plan boxes with ready suggestion lines, the plan prints under the advice, and each medicine now offers doses to choose from.
- You can add a line straight from the print preview, advice now prints under the medicine list, and the Rx mark no longer comes out blank on some computers.
- Each of a patient's earlier reports is now named and opens on its own tab, and the warning triangle, arrows and ticks no longer show as empty boxes.
Trying it out
- The download email and the install guide now show the installer's SHA-256 fingerprint and the one command to check it, so you can confirm the file is the one we built.
The AI
- Lab report photos are cropped and straightened into a scan kept with the report, and each page is read twice so any figure the two readings disagree on is marked.
Around the app
- The patient's file now has separate tabs for prescriptions and lab reports, with search and a date range, and clicking a report row shows its figures and scan.
Text messages
- You can now send a prescription to the patient by text — they get a short link, the cost is shown before you send, and our server cannot read the medicines.
Numbers and reports
- The reports screen now shows totals since your first day — patients, visits and money taken — beside the figures for the dates you pick.
- Reports now cover today, this week, this month, this year or any two dates you set, print with the dates on the sheet, and date boxes follow the app language.
- Numbers is now Reports: for any date range, a summary, everyone who came and every lab report read in — searchable and downloadable as a spreadsheet or PDF.
Checked as you write
- Allergies are now chips picked from a list of 127 local names, shown across the top of the pad, with any medicine that runs into one marked in red.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
