A passcode on your own phone
Your own paired phone now asks for a passcode each time it is opened, after half an hour unused and at least every 12 hours, and its Lock button closes it at once. Set the passcode on the computer under Doctor & chambers → Phones at the desk — until then the phone stays locked.

When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
