The online visit

The patient at home, the prescription on your own pad

A patient who cannot come in — far away, elderly, or coming only to show you a report — seen by video or by voice. Afterwards you write the prescription on the same pad, and it goes to his phone.

The call does not come through us

Picture and sound go straight from his phone to your computer. Nothing of it reaches our servers — no recording, no list.

No commission, ever

You own the software. Make as many calls as you like; not one taka beyond the licence.

A real prescription, on your real pad

The full drug register, the allergy warnings, the QR code — all of it. An online visit is not a separate arrangement.

How it goes

  1. The patient opens his link
The same one his serial gave him. Nothing to install, no account to make.
  2. Your desk says who is calling
“Serial 7 is calling.” Finish with the patient in front of you first.
  3. You talk, and you write
On the pad, the way you always do, and it reaches his phone when you send it.
Honestly: not every call will connect. Some mobile networks will not let two machines reach each other directly. When that happens both sides are told within twenty seconds — nobody is left in front of a black screen — and you ring the patient instead. Trying again on wifi usually works.
In the Chamber package and above. Not in Solo, which is for a doctor seeing the people in front of him.

Is the conversation stored anywhere?
No. The picture and sound go straight from the patient’s phone to your computer, not to our servers. Nothing is recorded, and we keep no list of who spoke to whom.
Do you take a cut of each call?
Nothing at all. You own the software — make as many calls as you like at no cost beyond the licence. We do not send you patients and we never touch the fee.
Which package has it?
Chamber and Clinic. Not Solo, which is for a doctor seeing the people in front of him.
What if the connection is weak?
There is a voice-only button on the patient’s page, and on a weak line it often gets through where video will not. If the call cannot connect at all, both sides are told after twenty seconds and you ring him instead.
Does the patient install anything?
No. It runs in the phone’s browser. It asks once for the camera and microphone, and then you are talking.
