Lab Alerts and Disease Registers

Prescribing now warns when a patient's recent kidney, potassium or liver result clashes with a medicine and shows the course cost beside the line for your eyes only, and this release also brings disease registers for seven conditions, a desk list of patients running out of medicine or overdue for check-up, certificates, under-five growth and EPI tracking with pregnancy dates, and patient import from Excel/CSV or a photographed old prescription.

Prescribing

  • Warns when the patient's recent kidney, potassium or liver results clash with a medicine you write, naming the report's date, and charts each test under Trends.
  • Type a pack price and pack size on your medicine list, and the cost of the course shows beside the line as you prescribe — only you see it, it is never printed or sent.
  • Typing HTN, DM or IHD now finds the matching line, and a setting decides whether the pad shows "Hypertension (HTN)", "HTN" alone, or the full name.

The patient's details

  • Title and blood group now say "Type to narrow the list" and take typing — typing b on the closed field opens it showing B+, B−, AB+, AB−, and Enter picks B+.
  • Title and blood group now show every option at once as chips — one press picks it, another press clears it.

Settings

  • The Doctor & chambers page now opens at the top, and its section tabs stay in view so a press takes you straight to that section.

The desk and the queue

  • The desk now lists patients whose medicine is running out and chronic ones overdue for a check-up, texts a list with one press after showing the cost, and says how many came back in thirty days.

Numbers and reports

  • The reports screen now keeps disease registers for diabetes, hypertension, kidney, heart, thyroid, asthma/COPD and epilepsy, showing each patient's last BP, HbA1c and kidney figures and what is overdue.

More than one chamber

  • The chamber dropdown beside the visit type now shows up only when there is actually a chamber to choose, not as an empty box.

Bringing a practice in

  • Paste your patient list in from Excel or a CSV, and photograph an old paper prescription to have it read into the patient's file as a past visit.

Children and pregnancy

  • Under-fives are read against the WHO growth curves, the EPI schedule shows which doses are due, and an LMP gives the weeks and due date on the printed sheet.

Certificates

  • Writes sick leave, fit to resume, medical and fit to travel certificates from the record, with the name, age, date and diagnosis filled in, numbered and printed in Bangla or English.

When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
