Version 1.5.6
Shorter pad, reports by phone
A medicine line can now be written in one go, Bangla instructions and advice print in Bangla, the add-medicine button moved into the Medicines heading, the patient form keeps Save and Cancel in view, a licence not tied to one computer works once activated, and one tap on the phone scans a lab report onto the patient's file.
Prescribing
- The phrases list under a note now opens with a search box, and in the print preview the Save button stays in view while you edit a line.
- With instructions in Bangla on, the note under a medicine and the advice lines now print in Bangla when they are phrases the software offers; your own words print as you wrote them.
- The button to add a medicine now sits at the top of the list, in the Medicines heading, instead of below the last line; a new line still goes on the end with the cursor in it.
- On a long medicine list the Medicines heading and its add button stay in view while the lines scroll underneath.
- The pad is half as tall: only the medicine line you are on opens up, help text sits behind a "?", and Ctrl+S saves, Ctrl+P previews, Ctrl+M adds a medicine.
- Write a medicine line in one go ('napa 1+0+1 7d af'), follow-ups open on last time's prescription, and Next patient saves and calls the next serial in.
- A template you kept for a diagnosis is offered as a chip in the Medicines heading as soon as that diagnosis is written.
The patient's details
- The patient form keeps Save and Cancel on screen while the fields scroll, long names are no longer cut short with the file number, age and sex moved under the name, and the printed sheet shows the file number labelled under the name.
Security and licensing
- A licence that does not name a particular computer now works at the AI, text-message and prescription-link doors once it has been activated, instead of being refused as not activated.
Lab reports on the phone
- The phone scans a lab report in one tap and files it to the patient with the doctor; the next tap adds a page, or you can search for someone else.
- On a narrow phone screen the patient's name, file number and the 'with the doctor now' mark now sit one under the other, and the corner-check switch stays beside its label.
- A phone can be paired as the doctor's own, for scanning only, and a setting chooses whether lab reports can be scanned from every phone at the desk or the doctor's phone alone.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
