Version 2.5.0
Email notices, referrer discounts, housekeeping
Notices can now also go out by email from the centre's own mail account, the centre's doctors can be put on the referrers list at once with a percent off their patients' tests, a reminder tapped but never sent can be put back on the follow-up list, and housekeeping and support work can be set as routines with slips, checking and per-worker reports.
Facility staff
- Notices can now also come by email: the administrator sets the centre's own mail account in Setup, and each person gives an address and ticks which notices they want emailed.
- Where something is one day away, it now reads “1 day”, “tomorrow” or “every day” in leave, purchasing, equipment and shelf expiry, instead of “1 days”.
Text messages
- On the phone's follow-up list, a reminder tapped but never sent can be put back with a button, so the patient is owed it again; one the gateway sent stays sent.
Doctors
- "Add our doctors" puts every one of the centre's doctors on the referrers list at once; and doctors who switched on "let centres find me" in their own copy can be picked from a list — name, degrees, speciality, BM&DC number, chambers, and the mobile only if they ticked it.
- Set a percent off a referring doctor's patients' tests, for all doctors or for one; the counter offers it in one tap and the invoice prints it on its own line. A discount at registration can now be typed in taka or as a percent.
Housekeeping work
- Housekeeping and support work can be set as routines, given out, printed as each worker's slip, written back with who did it and when, checked, and seen in a per-worker report.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
