The hospital keeps watch, and drafts with AI

A patient getting worse, beds tonight and tomorrow, things not charged, antibiotics and stock running out — watched from the hospital’s own records at no cost, with a morning briefing for the owner; and AI drafts of the discharge summary, the referral letter and the handover, feedback in themes, paid from one credits balance the owner can see and limit.

Hospital

  • Deterioration watch: a patient whose early warning score is still under 5 but higher at each set (1, then 3, then 4) is marked “Rising” on the ward list and on the doctor’s My patients, listed higher, and the ward’s doctors and the consultant are told once when it begins.
  • Beds tonight and tomorrow: the bed board and the owner’s dashboard estimate how many beds will be free tonight and tomorrow, ward by ward — from the beds free now, the patients expected home by the going-home day set, and the last four weeks’ admissions — said as “about”, with what it rests on.
  • Charges never billed: a new alert tells management when a patient went home without a final bill, an operation was done with nothing charged for it, or a charge went on the bill at no price — raised once each, for a person to look at.
  • Antibiotic watch: the doctors are reminded once on an antibiotic’s seventh and fourteenth day, when an IV antibiotic has run for three days (can it go by mouth?), and when a culture result has been back a day with no new round — a question at the right time, nothing changed for them.
  • Stock-out forecast: an alert says when a medicine, reagent or item will run out within days at the rate it is being used — and blood by group, such as “A+ red cells: about 2 days left” — before it reaches its reorder level.
  • AI discharge summary draft: from the stay’s record — sent without the patient’s name, phone or address — each box drafted, plus a few plain-Bangla lines for the patient, with anything unclear pointed out. Cost shown first; the doctor takes each box or leaves it, and signs. A new “For the patient” box shows first on the patient’s phone.
  • AI shift handover lines: the outgoing nurse can ask for a few lines per patient — what happened, what is pending, what to watch — from what the chart gathered this shift, sent without names. Cost shown first; each line goes into the nurse’s own box or is left. The hospital can switch it off.
  • Fluids by voice: on the fluid chart a nurse can say “saline 500 and urine 300” in Bangla or English; each goes into the form to check and add, one press each. No AI and no cost. A bag counted is never taken for millilitres, and an unclear amount is asked again.
  • AI spending card: the owner sees credits left, this month’s AI spend against last month and a monthly limit, and where it went by feature, ward and person. At the limit the AI stops and nothing else; low credits are an alert. Hospitals pay for AI with credits only. Fixed: the cost shown after an AI request now matches what the credits are charged.
  • AI referral letter draft: from the stay’s or the emergency visit’s record, sent without the patient’s name or phone, each box to take or leave, with anything unclear pointed out. Where to and how the patient travels stay the doctor’s to write. Cost shown first.

Hospital and diagnostic centre

  • The owner’s morning briefing: at the top of the dashboard and on the phone at an hour you choose — first what needs you (serious alerts, unbilled items, stock to order, low deposits, late reports, low ratings), then yesterday’s takings against the same day last week, beds and tests. Exact figures, no AI, no cost.
  • Feedback themes: on the Feedback page, AI groups what patients wrote into complaints, praise and suggestions, such as “long wait for the bill: 3 comments”, each opening to the comments. Sent without names or phones; cost shown first; kept once grouped.

When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
