Guided tours, HR from hiring to leaving, and a calmer patient stay

Guided tours walk doctors and hospital staff through their own screens; HR runs from the vacancy to the last day, with vacancies on the hospital’s website; a patient’s stay opens in tabs under a band that keeps the allergy and the bed in view; tasks can be given and closed by voice; and a patient’s file made by mistake can be deleted.

Hospital and diagnostic centre

  • HR now runs from hiring to leaving: vacancies approved by a manager, applicants with their CV, interviews marked, offers and their letters, hiring with a joining checklist, a full employee profile, optional pay grades with yearly increments, and leaving with clearance and a final settlement.
  • Vacancies ticked for the website can be shown on the hospital's own website, and an application sent from it arrives as an applicant with the CV, HR told.
  • In My patients a patient's stay opens right over the list, without moving to the Wards screen, for patients on a ward, in a cabin or in the ICU, CCU or HDU alike.
  • Children's wards: the Brighton paediatric early warning score with the hospital's own call line, dose by weight on the ward round with each doctor's own mg/kg rules, the maintenance fluid sum for the doctor to check, bilirubin charts with the AAP 2022 lines, newborn growth charts and the NICU flowsheet. Still in clinical review by a practising paediatrician: use it with that in mind.
  • Tasks by voice in Bangla and English: a supervisor says the work, the person, the room and the time, and the form fills itself; a worker says a task is started, done or stuck, and it is recorded after a yes.
  • A patient's stay now opens in tabs (overview, rounds and notes, medicines, observations, tests, blood and infection, bill) under a band that keeps the bed, allergy, isolation and the latest warning score in view. A round's vitals go onto the observation chart when it is signed.
  • Setup, Security, a person's account and the alerts' settings are now in tabs instead of one long page, with what is not yet set up, the security score and blocked addresses shown in colour at the top.
  • The theatre case and the emergency visit now open in tabs under a band with the allergy, the procedure's side, the triage colour and the next step; the note editor keeps Sign in a bar at the foot, with serious safety warnings shown there in red.
  • At the counter, a new invoice keeps its totals and button in view and shows old dues and panel cover as coloured chips. The employee and doctor forms are in clear groups, and a stay's bill folds its cover and package into one line.
  • My patients, the patient's band and the list of patients in hospital now name the room with the bed, so Bed 1 of the Male ward and Bed 1 of the Female ward can no longer be mistaken for one bed.
  • In My patients, picking a ward now shows its rooms (male ward, female ward, cabins) as chips to narrow the list further.
  • My patients now says why each patient is on the list — my admissions, on my duty now, I wrote on — with each reason explained under a "?".
  • Guided tours for hospital staff, one for each role: front desk, ward doctor, nurse, lab and owner. A role's tour starts at the first sign-in, can be skipped, and is there again any time from the account menu. They work on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, in English and Bangla. On the live demo, "Show me around" beside a role starts its tour.

Prescribing

  • In Templates & plans, the box to save the visit as a template, with Save and Cancel, now sits at the top of the panel and stays in view while the plans are scrolled.
  • Dose by weight for an oral solution is now written in millilitres. Before, it was suggested in spoons but written as a bare number, which printed as millilitres and gave a fifth of the dose worked out.
  • The prescription pad folds empty, seldom used boxes such as drug history into a "More" row, keeping the paper order; settings are in five groups instead of one long page; the procedure note is grouped.
  • Guided tours over the real screens: your first patient from start to finish, running the day's serials, your chamber, templates and plans, reports and the record, the AI scribe, keeping your data safe and a child's visit. Offered once after this update, skippable, and started again any time from Guided tours.
  • A patient's file made by mistake can now be deleted, from Details. Only a file with nothing in it yet: once it has a visit, a prescription, a serial or a payment it can only be archived, so no record is lost. The delete is recorded, and the patient ID is not given to anyone else. The title buttons (Mr., Mrs., Ms.) now show in Bangla on a Bangla screen.

When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
