• Hospital and centre screens now warn in red when the main computer, or the computer in use, is not on Bangladesh time or its clock is wrong, with how to fix it in Windows. Dates worked out on nirnoyrx.com, such as licence and offer dates, now follow Bangladesh time.
• Report sender: invoices and money receipts from your own lab software now say whether tests are paid. Reports are read on arrival and can go to the doctor by themselves after ten minutes. The waiting list is a table with bulk sending, and a Nirnoy printer saves straight into the folder.
• Report sender: a report can now go to the patient too, by SMS. The patient gets a private link to the report's pages, encrypted and kept for thirty days, that only they can open. It goes once the tests are paid, and can go with every report sent to the doctor.
