Counters and reports to patients
Lab reports reach the patient by SMS by themselves once paid, the doctor and the patient in one click from the report sender, counters that take only what they are set for, and money moved to the bank with its charge.
Hospital and diagnostic centre
- Report sender: Send shows “The doctor” and “The patient, by SMS”, both ticked, and one click sends to both; untick one to send to the other alone. With patient SMS switched off, nothing about the patient is offered.
- Lab reports can be texted to the patient by themselves: once every test on an invoice is approved and paid, the patient gets the private link by SMS, between 8 am and 9 pm, once an invoice. Off until turned on in Setup → SMS and email.
- Opening a counter says why one is greyed out: it is open under the person named beside it. The demos have a free registration counter to try.
- Each counter can be set to take money only for inpatients, tests or other things; anything else is refused there, saying where to take it. Accounts → Move money moves bKash, Nagad or cash to the bank and back, with the charge the bank or wallet kept.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
