Specialty charts on the prescription

An ENT examination chart with ready findings, charts that add to the examination, diagnosis and medicines in one press, either of two brands on a medicine line, every N hours under the dose, and an optional referred-by line.

Prescribing

  • Who referred the patient: a “Referred by” box beside the visit’s kind, with Self and your earlier answers to pick from, printed in the patient line as “Refd. by”.
  • Either of two brands on one medicine line: “Or another brand” offers the same generic’s brands, prints CANDISTIN / AUDICOM, and the patient’s phone page and the pharmacy’s scan read it as either.
  • Every 6, 8 or 12 hours on a medicine: the dose still prints as 1+0+1, with “Every 12 hours” on the line under it (a print setting), and the patient’s reminders spaced that far apart.
  • “Referred by” is optional: switched on in Printing or on the printed page, and a long name never runs off the patient line.
  • ENT examination chart on the pad: ears, tuning forks, hearing, nose and throat, right beside left, printed as a compact Right | Left table.
  • The ENT chart fills in taps: a chip for each finding, the usual PTA values, and Normal ears, Right or Left CSOM, Bilateral OME and Wax as one tap each.
  • Charts into the prescription: the ENT, tooth and DMARD charts add their findings, diagnoses and next blood test to the examination, diagnosis and advice in a press, with Undo; a DMARD on the medicines is offered to the DMARD chart.
  • On the printed page, an empty chart shows as a small coloured chip where it prints, and the charts switched on have chips in the toolbar.

When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
