Version 2.14.1
Dictation that writes only what you said
Silent or unclear recordings no longer turn into made-up text; a silent microphone is reported with how to fix it; medicines by voice pick the form, brand and strength you said, in English and Bangla; vitals type the same in both apps.
Hospital and diagnostic centre
- A hospital can now run its main copy on a cloud server we host, in Bangladesh or elsewhere, reached at its own web address with a proper certificate, with hourly and nightly encrypted backups kept off-site.
- With the cloud copy, a read-only copy at the hospital keeps records open to look up and print when the internet is down, with printable downtime forms; patients are asked their consent with a plain form in English and Bangla, signed on screen or on paper.
- Payment rules for the hospital: admitted patients pay at release (or a deposit at admission), and release waits for the final bill to be paid, a due to be allowed, or a discount approved; every discount goes in its own register. Outpatient services are paid before or after, as the hospital chooses; vaccines have prices, with government EPI doses free.
- Ready for the government's Shared Health Record (DGHS): once a hospital has its SHR account, it can find patients' Health IDs, send signed records with the patient's consent, and let doctors read records from other hospitals.
Prescribing
- Opening an issued prescription now says plainly that it is kept as the patient was given it and cannot be changed, with a New prescription button beside it; boxes that cannot be typed in are shown greyed out.
- Vitals type the same way in the prescription pad and the hospital's notes and observation chart: the cursor moves on by itself, BP has two halves with the slash drawn and common readings to pick, and phone keyboards no longer carry digits into the next box.
- In the preview, the + beside each section's heading is clearly visible and the switches along the top read as pressable; the Delete and Keep it buttons for a draft are sized to fit their row.
- Dictation no longer writes words that were never said: when the recording is silent or unclear, nothing is written instead of made-up text, and it is not charged.
- If the microphone gives only silence, dictation says so and how to check it; medicines by voice now pick the form said with the dose, an everyday tablet before a suppository, and the brand you named before its variants.
- A strength said in words — "Napa five hundred", "নাপা পাঁচশো", "আড়াইশো" — is understood as the strength, in the prescription pad and the hospital's notes.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
