Version 2.19.0
Lab reports to doctors, and hospitals in the cloud
A centre with its own laboratory software sends its reports to doctors’ Nirnoy Rx, corporate accounts say who pays, a medicine said with its form is found, and a hospital’s cloud copy gets a connector at the hospital, a read-only copy for outages and updates that roll back by themselves.
Prescribing
- A medicine typed or said with its form after the name, such as Nebanol ointment or নাপা সিরাপ, is now found in the medicine search too, by the name alone when the whole phrase matches nothing.
Hospital
- Report sender: a hospital or centre that keeps its own laboratory software can send its finished reports to doctors' Nirnoy Rx. Drop the PDF or print it into a watched folder; staff check the patient, tests, doctor and branch, tick that it is paid and ask the patient once. A wrong report can be withdrawn, and the doctor's app says so.
- Report sender: a PDF made by your laboratory software now fills in the patient's name, age, sex, mobile, lab number, date, referring doctor and tests by itself, free, marked for checking. For a scan, the AI can read the same on your AI credits, with the price shown first; typing by hand always works.
- Corporate accounts now say who pays: the company on account, the employee at the agreed discount, or a share of each. When employees pay it all, the counter and the printed invoice show the discount as paid by the patient, and nothing goes on the company's account.
- Cloud copies get a connector: one computer at the hospital, running the Nirnoy app, pairs with the cloud copy by a code and reaches out to it. It prints the hospital's pages on its own printers with no print box, keeps the analyzers' links (serial cable, network or dial-out) and passes on what the fingerprint machines say.
- The connector computer can keep the cloud copy's read-only copy for internet outages. Staff open it only on the hospital's network, at its secure address, with their own password and two-step sign-in. Those who get codes by email now get recovery codes to use there.
- Cloud copies show a new version under Security › This copy › Updates. An administrator installs it tonight or now; the server keeps a copy of the database, checks the new version, and goes back by itself if anything is wrong. The connector computer is told to update too.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
