Online serials and video visits, nothing to set up
Booking links made for you, one link for all chambers, hospital bookings in your own app, and video visits that reach more phones.
Prescribing
- Medicines on the prescription: the name, dose, days and quantity on one line, with "after food", "to be continued" or your own note on the line under it, so more medicines fit on a page. Prefer the old layout? Settings → Medicines on the prescription → Each on its own line.
Hospital
- Ward note: tooltips stay inside the window. "Resp 20", "RBS 7.5", "GCS 15/15" and "E4 V5 M6" said aloud go to the vitals, and so do vitals said into a note's box. Common mishearings are put right: "paper 101" is a temperature, "DP 120 by 80" a blood pressure, and "paper for 3 days" is offered back as fever.
- Every list's filters are tidier: only the search shows, with a Filters button saying how many are on. Open it for wards, statuses, dates and the rest; folded, what you chose shows as small pills you can remove one by one.
- Appointments booked at a hospital — on its website, by its assistant, calendar or counter — appear in the linked doctor's own app as serials, at the doctor's own start time and minutes per patient; cancellations and changes follow. The hospital's Appointments page adds a monthly archive with filters and print.
Online serials
- Online serials need nothing typed: the address is made for you from your name. Each chamber has its own booking link, and one link for all your chambers lets the patient choose, even while your computer is off. Online serials also come back on by themselves when the app opens.
Video visits
- Video visits from the patient's file, or for a report that needs a visit: the patient gets a link and plain steps by WhatsApp or text. When they open it, a bar with Answer appears on whatever screen you are on. Calls on networks that could not connect before now go through.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
