Reports by email, and moving across from your old software
The hospital's own reports, a real Excel file, and reports by email daily, weekly or monthly. Patients, history, stock and dues come across from your old software through Excel or CSV.
Facility staff
- At the gate, Coming in and Going out are two large equal buttons on the guard's phone.
Text messages
- A phone number typed in Bangla digits is now read as a number, saved with +880, and sent SMS like any other; numbers already saved that way are put right.
Moving from other software
- Moving to Nirnoy Rx: patients with their old IDs and history, prices and ranges, doctors, staff, suppliers, stock, dues and admitted patients come across from Excel or CSV. Every row is checked first, each import can be undone for a week, and old dues are collected at the counter.
Reports
- Hospital reports: bed occupancy, admissions and census, length of stay, emergency by triage, theatre, blood bank, births and deaths, infections. Any report downloads as a real Excel file. Administrators choose reports to be emailed daily, weekly or monthly, in Bangla or English, with the Excel file attached.
When the update period ends the software does not stop: the version you have keeps working for good. The drug register arrives separately, so newly registered medicines keep reaching you either way.
