Partner centres: tests under contract, reports in bulk
A collection point or organisation further away sends its patients’ samples at its own prices and terms; the reports go in bulk to its authorised people, and every taka is accounted for.

The Partner centres page has four parts: Receive a batch, Reports, Account and Partners.
The contract
- The manager adds a New partner centre under Partners: its name (and in Bangla), a short code, the contact person, email and address.
- Prices: a percentage off the price list, and where agreed, Prices of its own for particular tests or packages — both together if need be.
- How it pays is chosen for each partner: a Monthly invoice (with a monthly minimum if agreed — in taka or a number of tests, with a charge for each one short), In advance, or Each batch. Set the credit limit and the days to pay an invoice.
- The People who may receive reports — name, post and mobile. Take someone off the list when they leave.
Receiving a batch
- Open your counter first — a batch is received at an open counter, like any registration.
- Under Receive a batch choose the partner, write who brought it, add each patient with their tests, and press Receive the batch.
- Each patient goes on the partner’s account at the contract’s prices; nothing is taken from the patient. The tubes then go to the lab like any other.
Reports in bulk
- Reports can be filtered by partner, batch, state, test and dates — by the day registered, approved or handed over, with “Today”, “Last 7 days”, “This month” and the rest.
- Tick the ready ones and Hand over and print: who is taking them and the ID they showed are written down; the reports print together, each on its own page, with a handover sheet to sign.
- Where the contract allows, Email them, or the partner’s people open their own page with a code sent to their mobile and download the reports.
Reports wait while the account is not in order: the advance is short, the batch is unpaid, an invoice is overdue, or the credit limit is passed. Why it is held shows beside it; where needed, a person with the right can Let it go, writing why.
The account
- Money received — bank, cheque, cash, bKash or Nagad: it goes into the advance and settles the oldest owed first.
- Close a month: one invoice for the month’s tests and any shortfall on the minimum, due within the contract’s days.
- The Statement: owed at the start, each charge and payment, and owed at the end. Nothing is deleted; a mistake is put right by a reversing entry, and a former partner stays in the archive.
