Staff, roles and signing in

Everybody as themselves, doing only what their role allows — limited by department, hours or amount where needed.

Each role is a set of permissions: cashier, reception, lab technician, pathologist, pharmacist, storekeeper, manager, accountant and more come ready. You can make your own too.

Setting limits

Department — only their own department’s work (a nurse, their own ward).
Hours and days — nothing outside their shift.
Amounts — a cashier cannot discount or refund above a set sum; above it a manager approves with their own password.

Signing in

Staff sign in with a password and a two-step code, or by fingerprint or face. The Security screen shows who opened which patient’s record and when, and whether the audit trail’s seal is intact.
