Reports and the numbers
Who came, what was taken, and every lab report read in — for any dates, ready to print or download.
The Reports screen in the top menu was called Numbers. It has three tabs — Summary, Who came and Lab reports — and each of them answers for whichever dates you choose: today, this week, this month, this year, or any two dates of your own.
Summary
Patients, visits and money for the dates you picked — and beside them the totals since your very first day, so today’s number has something to be read against.
Who came
One row per visit: the date, the patient, the diagnosis, the chamber, how many medicines and the fee. Each row carries a Send button too, so a prescription can go to the patient from here.
Lab reports
Every report that has been read in. The title is made rather than typed — the panel the reader found, else the laboratory, else the date — with how many values were read and how many fell outside the range the laboratory itself printed. Press a row and it opens the values, anything the two readings disagreed about, and the scanned pages.
Printing and downloading
- Print puts the dates you chose at the top of the sheet.
- Spreadsheet gives a CSV that opens in Excel.
- PDF gives you what you are looking at.
