1. The administrator ticks Allow the AI scribe in this hospital in Setup.
2. Each doctor turns it on for themselves in My account — it runs only with both.
3. While writing a note, Listen to the consultation; the patient’s agreement every time; the doctor checks each box before it goes in.

In Logbook each doctor’s stays, emergency patients and operations are gathered as cases — anonymised. More: The postgraduate logbook.
