The whole note by voice

Choosing the patient, saying the note, hearing it read back, signing and printing — without touching the phone, in Bangla and English.

1. In Wards say the patient into the microphone — “bed 12 round” or the name.
2. Speak the whole note: say a box’s name to go to it, then speak — a medicine in one go, such as “Napa 500 one tablet three times a day for five days”.
3. Say “sign” and the note is read back; say “yes” and it is signed and printed.
