Incidents: anybody reports, anonymously if they wish; the quality team closes each with what was found and what will change.
Critical results: the doctor gets them on the phone with an alarm, and acknowledges them.
Licences: trade, DGHS, fire, doctors’ and nurses’ registrations — reminded before they expire.
Duty roster and My patients — each doctor’s own patients, and what changed since their last round.
Owner’s dashboard: beds, takings, dues and what needs attention.
